I have spent my working life in Singapore property — through the cooling measures, the loan-to-value changes, the years nothing moved and the years everything did.

Most of my work now is for landlords — 30 of my last 38 clients — alongside residential sales and a steady line of commercial and industrial space in the west. I work under my own team name, Corinna Tan & Associate.

I am there. I hear what buyers and tenants actually say about your property, and you hear it from me the same day.
Reachable to the end
Through the option, the bank, the lawyers, the tenancy and the handover. The job is not done when the offer is signed.
