Singapore homes, handled properly|

Corinna Tan — in Singapore real estate since 1996, working across District 8 and the central districts.

I have been selling Singapore homes since 1996.
None of it has become routine.

In the market since1996

Most of my work still arrives the same way it did thirty years ago — from someone who was looked after properly, telling someone else. I take on the number of clients I can personally attend to, and no more.

What I handle

Every kind of Singapore home, start to finish

01HDB resale in Singapore

HDB resale

Valuing it honestly, presenting it well, and steering the paperwork so the timeline actually holds.

02Private condominium in Singapore

Private condominium

From a first unit to a right-sizing move. Stack, facing and floor change the number more than the address does.

03Landed homes in Singapore

Landed homes

Fewer buyers, longer runway, and a sale that turns on reaching the right one rather than the most.

04New launch in Singapore

New launch

A straight read on layout, tenure and holding costs — before the showflat does the talking.

05Rental in Singapore

Rental

Landlords and tenants both. Realistic pricing, proper viewings, and a tenancy that survives the second year.

Where I work

Tap a district. This is the ground I actually cover.

District 8

Farrer Park, Little India & Jalan Besar

Restored shophouses, pre-war walk-ups and the newer Farrer Park condominiums sitting side by side. Two MRT lines, strong tenant demand, and a resale market where the block and the facing still decide the price.

The process

How a sale runs when I am handling it

01

We sit down first

Before anything is listed, I want to know why you are moving and by when. The plan follows that — not the other way round.

02

A number you can defend

Recent transactions in your block, your stack, your floor. Then the honest range, including the one you will not go below.

03

Prepared, then shown

Decluttered, photographed properly, and listed where buyers for your kind of home actually look. Viewings I attend myself.

04

Negotiated and closed

Offers, counter-offers, option period, and the paperwork through to completion. You hear from me, not from an assistant.

Questions

The ones I am asked most

Commission depends on the property type and whether I am acting for the seller, the buyer or a landlord. I will tell you the exact figure before you commit to anything, in writing.

For a well-priced HDB resale or condominium, most of my sellers are looking at roughly two to four months from listing to completion. Landed homes usually take longer. I will give you a realistic window for your property, not the optimistic one.

Yes, and it is most of what I do. The two timelines have to be planned together — the sale proceeds, the loan, the option periods and where you live in between.

I work islandwide. I simply know the central districts best, because I have been transacting in them since 1996.
